The Theme

Our School continues its heritage of strong artistic spirit and our talented Grammarians are encouraged to develop not only their creative skills across a range of media, but their curiosity, imagination and self-confidence to turn their ideas into creative expression. As we delve into the achievements of our current and Old Grammarians, we consider how the strong foundation we have built will enable future generations of Grammarians to uncover their creative potential.

Each era of our 130-year history contains the precious memories of hundreds of Grammarians. While each Grammarian leaves our red brick walls with gratitude for the rigorous education they have received and the relationships they have developed with their peers and teachers in the classroom, it is common for the happiest memories of MGGS to come from their co-curricular participation outside the classroom. The varied opportunities that our Grammarians are offered throughout their time at our ELC, Morris Hall and Merton Hall campuses enable them to develop the skills they will need for the life they choose to lead and equip them for the challenges, unexpected and undertaken, that arise.
