We are excited to bring you the latest edition of Information Exchange (IE), which invites us to consider what it means to live with purpose in a complex and changing world.
The Theme
To be in the world is to be present: to listen, to observe, to understand. Our Grammarians are attuned to the complexities of the present moment: the urgency of climate action, the value of cultural diversity, the imperative of ethical leadership and the power of community.
To be for the world is to act: to lead with integrity, to serve with empathy and to contribute meaningfully to the lives of others. As global citizens they are not bystanders. They are participants. They are changemakers.
This edition, In and For the World, celebrates the many ways our students engage with the world around them. The pages are filled with stories of Grammarians learning to step beyond their comfort zones, to engage with local, national and global challenges, embrace cultural exchange, advocate for sustainability and build stronger communities.
They are learning to see the world as it is – and to imagine what it could be.
