CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
A non-refundable application fee of AU$80.00 must accompany the Application for Admission form.
The Application for Admission does not itself constitute an enrolment. Parents will be invited to bring their daughter to the School for an interview with the Principal or her delegate approximately eighteen months to two years before the nominated date of entry. If possible both parents should attend this interview.
Parents will be asked to complete a Learning Profile Information form prior to the enrolment interview. The information from this form will be used to assist the School in planning the student’s educational program should she proceed to enrolment.
Admission to the School is conditional upon the Principal being satisfied as to the suitability of the applicant. Parents will be notified, after the interview, if a place has been reserved for their daughter at the School. Generally, students are accepted in order of application.
Change of address should be supplied promptly. Failure to do so may result in the School being unable to make contact and cancellation of a student's application may result.
APPLICATION AGREEMENT
I/We wish to enrol our daughter as a student at Melbourne Girls Grammar. I have paid the AU$80 Application Fee and understand that this does not guarantee enrolment.
I/We have read the Conditions of Entry and agree to be bound by these conditions (and as amended from time to time) and to co-operate with the School in all matters of discipline.
I/We agree to keep the School informed if our family experiences any difficulties which could impact on our daughter's performance and attendance at School (such as divorce, seperation, etc) and of any changes of address and other contact details.
I/We agree to be jointly and severally liable for the payment of all accounts rendered by the School in respect of our daughter's tuition and other expenses and to comply with the School's terms of payment.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
The information requested is collected to satisfy the School's legal obligations especially with regard to its duty of care and to enable the School to provide education for your daughter. It is used for general purposes as intended under the contract of enrolment and for development and fundraising within the School Community. It will be used only for the purposes for which it has been provided. By submitting this information you have consented to its use under the information management processes and policies at MGGS, as outlined on the MGGS website.
Melbourne Girls Grammar undertakes to enable individuals to examine and authorise changes to any of their personal information, held by the School, by contacting the School or in annual update forms.
